Ernie's is open Wed. - Sat. and serves breakfast all day. Yes you read that correctly - ALL day.
Ernie's is the about the size of my bedroom from when I was 4, has uneven barstools and a lot of elderly locals. Call me crazy but I call that Boston charm. I just love a place where the people are real, the counter is in front of the grille and the food is good. And oh man is the food good!
At 1pm today I got a bacon and cheese omlette with home fries and an english muffin - plus a large milk. Total bill?
$5.59... I almost feel off my uneven chair. It seems that Ernie's is not only good but cheap.
